At 10:00 a.m. on the 20th of June 2006, the ceremony of unveiling JTC and IP agreement signing was held in the ZTE R&D Building, which means the new stage of cooperation of Cytech, ALTERA and ZTE. Such guests as market supervisor of Cytech Lai Bo Yan; Director of Universal Circuit Department ZTE Ng Hong Man; Vice Chairman of IC Research Institute of ZTE and Sales Supervisor of ALTERA in China area Chao Din Fung have attended the ceremony. In past several years, Cytech has provided ZTE with ALTERA products, technical support and business service, etc. The ALTERA products operated by Cytech, have gained outstanding achievements in ZTE. In order to achieve closer and better cooperation among Cytech, ALTERA and ZTE in the future, three parties set up ALTERA ZTE Joint Training Center on June 20th, 2006. It was introduced by the training director of the center that this center will train over 500 person times per year for ZTE, through which the three parties will find a wider space for their closer cooperation.

On the unveiling ceremony of the Joint Training Center, ALTERA and ZTE signed the IP agreement, which also means there will be a closer cooperation of ZTE and Cytech on the PLD products of ALTERA company.
